| CST is a medical procedure that improves the appearance of wrinkles, shallow acne, scarring and stretch marks and can also firm up lax skin. The skin is prepared using Environ's vitamin A and C topical products prior to starting and these will be used throughout the process and after to further promote healthy growth factors, collagen and elastin. The CST is very simple - tiny needles stimulate the skin's natural healing response which encourages production of new collagen and elastin without any damage to the epidermis. Other than flushed skin, similar to mild sunburn, there will be no outward signs of the treatment so you can carry on as normal the day after. Unlike many other treatments CST doesn't cause sun sensitivity. To achieve the best results it is recommended that a series of 6 treatments should be done at intervals of between one week and one month. | ||
