A H Francis lashes are the state of the art semi-permanent lash extensions.  They are made from soft and naturally curved synthetic material that looks identical to human lashes.  Individual lashes are carefully attached using an adhesive known for its lasting power.  The whole procedure takes about one hour and top-ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks.
